Staying here was such a unique experience with beautiful views and relaxing spa treatments. It was close to great walking paths and attractions.

It's deluxe hotel with really helpful and very helpful staff! The atmosphere of the property is special! Exceptionally comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus!

I stayed here 4 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The very friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The hotel room was comfy, had a private safe, a safe, and a mini bar fridge. The venue was in a remote setting in the middle of jackson. I found The Pub offering shots and different drinks 4 mi of the venue. I didn't want to leave, so do recommend this hotel: D

The food was just barely satisfactory, and a bit more variety wouldn't hurt, the set three-course meals were dreadfully repetitive. Can we talk about the lack of room service? I woudl ve been much happier with a little pampering since I chose to stay here. Almost gave this place a decent review, but just couldn't.

My 4-night stay was nothing short of magical, especially with the stunning sauna and hot tub views over the lake. The wine pairings at dinner were exceptional, but the limited menu can get repetitive. I would definitely return!

The hotel's custom-made pine walls and Baltic grey limestone floors provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. I felt at ease moving around, given the thoughtful design of the communal areas.

More child-friendly activities would be beneficial.

I had a nice view of the river from the family room window. the kitchen had a refrigerator and glassware, which was convenient. the staff were friendly and really helpful, making my stay much easier. 😊.

The food had high standards, and the wine pairings, blending Swedish wines and imports, elevated the dining experience. Still, the visit from the Northern Lights left me in awe. I couldn't hold back tears, grateful for such a unique sight. This place needs thoughtful planning and a good budget to appreciate its offerings fully, but it remains lovely. It's a getaway that touches the heart, even if there are a few bumps along the way.
